Justin represents individuals and companies in contract disputes, probate and estate matters, guardianship proceedings, construction law disputes, mineral lease issues, and general civil litigation matters.  His goal, in each case, is to provide his clients with efficient and effective representation (with respect to time and cost).  Justin seeks to 1) listen to the client and identify the  client’s goals, 2) identify the key facts and touchstone issues as early in the case as possible, and 3) be frank with the client about the client’s circumstances and what remedies may, or may not, be available.   Justin earned his undergraduate degree in Agronomy from Texas A&M University (Class of ’97), and his J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law (2003).
